This site is run by Adam Buys Alabama Houses LLC, an Alabama limited liability company based in Huntsville. I am Adam Boonzaayer, the owner. These are the terms for using this site and for receiving text messages from me. How I handle your information is covered separately in my Privacy Policy.

Text message program

If you check the box on one of my forms, you agree that Adam Buys Alabama Houses LLC may send you text messages, including automated messages, about your property at the number you gave me. Checking the box is optional. It is not required to get an offer or to sell your house, and it has no effect on the offer I make or whether I make one.

• Who sends them: Adam Buys Alabama Houses LLC.
• What they are about: your property. Confirming your request, scheduling a call or walkthrough, and following up on an offer. No unrelated marketing.
• How often: message frequency varies depending on where things stand with your property.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. You can also tell me any other way — call, email, or just say so — and I will honor it.
• For help: reply HELP, call (256) 625-2326, or email adam@adambuysalabamahouses.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your text messaging opt-in are not sold, rented, or handed to anyone for their own marketing. I use them to talk with you about your property, and nothing else.

Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on this site, and nothing the questionnaire tells you, is an offer to buy your house. Any number or estimate you see here is a rough starting point. An offer exists only once I have seen the property and we have both signed a written purchase agreement.

Who I am and am not

• I buy houses directly, with my company and my funding.
• I am not a licensed real estate agent or brokerage, and I do not list houses for sale.
• I do not wholesale or assign contracts to other investors.

Not advice

What is on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Selling a house has consequences for your taxes and your finances that depend on your situation, so talk to your own attorney or tax professional before you decide anything.

No obligation

Filling out a form does not commit you to anything. You can stop talking to me at any point, for any reason, before a written agreement is signed.

Using this site

Please give me accurate information and do not use the site for anything unlawful. The text, images, and design here belong to Adam Buys Alabama Houses LLC. The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate, but I cannot promise it is free of errors or always available, and I am not liable for losses that come from relying on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

If I change these terms, I will update this page and the date at the top.
